You sign in with your Microsoft 365 account. At first login, Microsoft automatically creates an app registration in your organization’s Entra ID (Azure AD) tenant. A prompt with “Requested permissions” will appear and must be accepted so that Attenda can access the data required for call handling in Microsoft Teams Phone.
How long is the subscription period?
Attenda is a monthly subscription – fully flexible, cancellable at the end of each month.
